How sweet the God’s people are!

I love the pastors from Transkei. Pastor Ohm asked me to take them on a harbour boat tour. Once we got on the tour boat, we were all busy. I was busy taking pictures for them and they were all busy talking on the phone. […]

Breaking News

1. My parents are arriving tomorrow morning 2. We have an appointment with the neighbour objecting to the zoning change tomorrow evening at the house. 3. Things are moving along and I am excited. Please pray for us.

Finally moved in!

Yes, I’ve got all the keys and remote for the gate, but we are not sleeping there yet. Nothing is in the house, not even a stove. Unlike Canada, you take your appliances when you move out. The neighbor is scheduled to be back sometime this week. Once we convince them to withdraw his objection, 🙂 we are going to start renovating. It was actually good for us that the tenants took this long to move out, because we saved lots on rent money and anxious waiting period. With one student/parent interview done, we are trusting in the Lord’s guidance.

Our first student/parent interview

Sibanye Youth Club Concert – African Idol

I was invited to a fundraiser concert on Saturday afternoon. Since I couldn’t find my way to Hout Bay, Thulani and his friend, Dick, took a taxi to fetch me. I was waiting for them at the McDonald @ Ottery Street, but they went to the McDonald @ Aderay St. After one hour of looking for each other , we decide to meet at the Kenilworth Centre. When we finally arrived @ the concert, we were three hour late. I am so thankful that Thulani was willing to spend so many hours on the road, so I can experience some his culture. The music was great and the food was very interesting as well. Especially, this New Age Syabonga was amazing.
