The owner Chippa agreed to sell us a part of the empty plot for the preschool. Since we are doing it everything properly, not township norm, we might have much more work to do to build a preschool. However, it is zoned as business and owner is willing to assist, so it is better than any other prospects at the moment. Thank you for your prayers.
Update: We won’t be able to pursuit this land either. The cost to subdivide the plot is a quarter of our entire budget. We won’t be able to afford the cost and time. It leaves us to buy an entire plot from a company called ASLA, which developed the area for the government. They have been turning me away saying there is no more land left. Another alternative is to purchase a house to run a preschool in it as we have done with ours in Strand. However, they usually don’t sell their houses unless they are forced to such as death in the family to cover the funeral cost…
