There are not many people who have been involved with African Leadership longer than I have and still involved. Chris is one of the few. He was a young man when he started working with Pastor Ohm. Now he is a father of a three month old boy. We had a Bible study together this morning. He shared about struggles in Khayelitsha. He said his car got broken into many times during the night and someone even stole his radiator out of his car. He says if he tries to stop the thieves they will kill him. Despite the harsh struggles he face everyday, he confessed his biggest struggle is the people out there living without God. That is the struggle that binds us together as Christians. He also shared harsh condition of Khayelitsha attract people to turn to witchcraft or churches that promises better life.
